Cardinal Engineering is pleased to announce the award of a Phase II SBIR contract for the topic Submarine Component Design Tool to Assess Relative Resistance to High Intensity Loading. Cardinal engineers will be working to develop and demonstrate an innovative software design tool that will automate the techniques used in shock qualification by extension in a way that designers and engineers can use throughout the design process. The envisioned tool will be referred to throughout this proposal as the Comparative Design Assessment Tool (CDAT). The contract value of this award is $999,330.
